1. Says a lot, most of the other utility apps I've used have been badGreat having this app for easier access to pay bill.Website was always a little iffy taking my payments — twice it just didn't process.

2. STUPID AND RIDICULOUS!!! These are COMPUTERS! It's not impossible to do what I ask and it shouldn't be either or! I'm the customer and if I want BOTH I should get them!!! Do you want to be paid or not?!?!? I'm stuck with just paper because these people are DUMB! ONE STAR!!!!Very easy to use.

3. It's a bit weird that a button on the bottom of the screen flips from "Pay my bill" to "View my bill" a moment after the app launched from the login screen.

4. Plus, paying your bill is in the "My account" tab, but it feels more intuitive to first check out the "bills and payments" tab.

5. All in all, it functions well.Trash. Everytime I log in it's "we apologize some functionality is temporarily unavailable." Meanwhile I can't pay my bill online or through the app either for the same reasons.

1. Fix United Illuminating Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart United Illuminating: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the United Illuminating App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "United Illuminating" » Open United Illuminating » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for United Illuminating » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear United Illuminating app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from United Illuminating servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "United Illuminating" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check United Illuminating app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, United Illuminating might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall United Illuminating. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall United Illuminating then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing United Illuminating not working

2. Fix United Illuminating Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make United Illuminating be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to United Illuminating not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, United Illuminating may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
