1. To outright disable a feature that worked on my device, an app that has the potential to save lives, just because it wasn't a Pixel phone and mark it as "incompatible" is outrageous. After OS update, this little jewel started randomly calling 911.
2. I tried restarting my smartphone, which had no effect.Hard to find where is this app? I accidentally pressed the home button then I could not find the app in the recent app list and I could not even find anywhere? The feature is hidden to inside the drawer.
3. It vanishes from the app drawer and screen as soon as I switch to a different app, and the only way to get it back is to search, which opens the Google Play store entry showing it's installed.
4. How am I supposed to use it at all, especially in an emergency? There is a way to access it by holding down the power button, but it takes 6 taps or scrolls, none of which indicate they are a way to access the app.
5. I have chosen to deactivate it rather than be bothered at any time with a useless notification by something that's only supposed to come into play in an emergency.
6. That would be a pain but worth it if the rest of it worked, but even though I have the "show on lock screen" option enabled, it doesn't.
7. Also? if I was in actual trouble and needed a discreet way to notify someone, a shrill alarm sure isn't going to do me any favors. This app issues notifications they can't be suppressed just to let you know that it accessed location.
8. My emergency contacts do not show up in screen lock even though I've selected the option.
9. *My app is selectable so that's a plusIt just installed, but there's no icon in the app drawer, and it's nowhere to be found in the settings menus.
10. I don't know if any feature are useful if they are not in a reachable distance.App doesn't work on Pixel 3xl.
11. In an emergency situation, the people need to access them quickly and it will be harder as of now.
