Why should I report an Issue with Yi Pro - Yi Action Camera?

1. DOWNLOAD OLD APP:GOOGLE YI ACTION! TURN ON WIFI & LOCATION-GPS TO CONNECT TO CAMERA!The old Yi action app was so much better and FREE.. It doesn't work on newer phones though so I was forced to try this one, luckily I can now change settings again on my old Yi camera but it's painfully slow and stutters in the playback.

2. Plus I cannot save directly to phone storage and camera as well... Old app was too good .compair to this ..Probably the best app hands down to control my Xiaomi Yi, tons of functionality and the script works every single time (had issues with other paid apps, made the script but it didn't work).

Might have to switch to 2.4 GHz as well.hi there, app is useful.. i just want to know if you upload a script, will the settings from the script not change if you use the original xiaomi app? or do you have to use the app for the bitrate to stay at 30mbps setting? thank you..- Storage permission given, but downloads do not work.

4. It connects to my Action cam but I have to keep pressing the refresh button everytime I change the angle of my camera.

5. Less reshresh rates on phone screen capturing video, the old is way better..,can change modes need to do it on the camera:example to change video resolution, fps etc.

7. I can't even use the monitor like a proper camera monitor because the screen is basically stuck to one frame unless I press the refresh button.

1. Fix Yi Pro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Yi Pro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Yi Pro App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Yi Pro" » Open Yi Pro - Yi Action Camera » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Yi Pro » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Yi Pro - Yi Action Camera app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Yi Pro servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Yi Pro - Yi Action Camera" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Yi Pro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Yi Pro might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Yi Pro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Yi Pro then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Yi Pro not working

2. Fix Yi Pro Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Yi Pro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Yi Pro not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Yi Pro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
