Why should I report an Issue with Litchi for DJI Osmo?

1. Be sure to also force close DJI Go or other third party DJI apps before starting Litchi for DJI Osmo (swipe away to kill is NOT enough).

1. Do not buy, simply doesn't work.No way to use this app... "This app was built for an older version of android.... " no way to contact you, no way to solve a problem so easy... I want my money back!!! I don't like be stolen in that way...If you still charge for it, you really should make it work! Disaster! Cant connect with osmo even after : run after dji app (trcks from forum) ; kill dji app; restart; uninstall dji app; restart;BEta tester with OSMO PLUS ,didn't work, would like to know what other app will work either free or paid for.

2. This Osmo is in Excellent condition!!Don't buy it, last update was 2017, app is not working on most phones, does not connect to camera on Samsung S9+dji app is better and easier, I don't see any use for Litchi.

3. Can Litchi fix this issue as I have the drone app that works with my s21 Ultra but this doesn't work for my OSMO 3 Gimble.Does not connet.

4. Even with Litchi as the only DJI app installed, it never connects to the Osmo, gives no useful info, just a toast saying "camera not connected".

10. I wish DJI would have updates to fix the issues with many apps I used on my other older Samsung devices but its been 8 months now and nothing.

1. Fix Litchi Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Litchi: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Litchi App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Litchi" » Open Litchi for DJI Osmo » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Litchi » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Litchi for DJI Osmo app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Litchi servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Litchi for DJI Osmo" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Litchi app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Litchi might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Litchi. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Litchi then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Litchi not working

2. Fix Litchi Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Litchi be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Litchi not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Litchi may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
