1. Not a positive experience at all for a tourist!After purchasing a 30€ weekly pass on this app and installing the "My Navigo Ticket" companion app, I discovered that I can't even find or open the "My Navigo Ticket" app even though Play Store says it's installed on my phone! So I have no way of validating my ticket! My phone is Pixel 6 Pro.

2. The part of the app to manage the carte Navigo (buy menbership, etc..) is down, the page won't load and there's not even an error message letting the user know what's going on! That's a terrible user experience 👎UPDATE: The problem with tickets on the phone is that Android kills apps that run in the background.

3. Bugs + schedule GROSSLY INACCURATE Then the developer answers asking form more info withba link that can't be copied and is not active, NOR any communication button in app!!! LAME, INCOMPETENT, UNPROFESSIONAL...a year away from the Olympic games in Paris!Dislay bugged, almost no text since a long time, event after updates.

4. I have been using the SNCF Connect app for making purchases and it works perfectly.I tried buying a monthly navigo pass and the app charged me for 80 euros but i never recieved the ticket.

5. Edit: I then contacted support like requested below, but no response... I can't even see my request to verify when I sent it because the "previous requests" section is showing an error.I'd withdraw that one star if I only could because of the customer service behind it.

6. No clear indicator of whether you have validated a ticket - resulted in a wasted activation and a negative interaction with metro security until they saw that a ticket had in fact been activated.

7. Some irrelevant and there is even duplicates.I created an account I couldn't enter my date of birth directly so I had to "back arrow" 768 times to get my DOB! When I attempt a purchase, only get the message "This service only operates on NFC-enabled phones".

8. The link they give you only accepts feedback in French.... Tells me that I have bought a weekly pass that is loaded on the phone.

9. I fixed it by going to Settings > Battery > Power Saving Exclusions and selected this app and the companion My Navigo Tickets app.

10. They ignore the fact that I requested a refund for my purchase, and a valid proof of that purchase.

11. Sao Paulo in Brazil has LIVE MAPS, whereas IdF was (for instance) 15 minutes off on Paris bus 95 this morning (same yesterday afternoon for line 80...and the list goes on).
