I have put one star just because it's required in order for me to post this review.The app is useless.Like I just downloaded this thing on behalf of a document and this thing tells me about IP address, I mean really??? 1. Fix Publisher App Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Publisher App: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Publisher App App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Publisher App" » Open Publisher App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Publisher App » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Publisher App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Publisher App servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Publisher App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Publisher App app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Publisher App might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Publisher App. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Publisher App then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Publisher App not working
