Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Amazon Music Issues

1. Fix Amazon Music Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Amazon Music for Artists" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Amazon Music app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Amazon Music might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Amazon Music. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Amazon Music then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Amazon Music not working


2. Fix Amazon Music Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Amazon Music be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Amazon Music not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Amazon Music may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

    Vous m'avez demandez l'adresse mail de mon distributeur (Amuse) mais je n'arrive pas à le trouver. J'ai reçu des mails de leur part récemment mais je les ai effacé malheureusement, donc je ne peux vous les communiquer dans l'immédiat. Mais rassurez vous, je suis bien l'artiste en question.   • My song "Little Child" was released under the wrong artist profile. Instead of creating a new profile named "Noah Sam", Amazon just released it under an already existing one with the same name. I've been at this since 3 months and tried to reach support countless times but never even got a single response.
