Amazon Music Customer Insights

1. So I'm coming back to Spotify (Apple Music is not an option, I won't face Apple stupidity anymore). The Amazon Music app in the Google Play Store has a bug which was caused by a recent upgrade as it was working well before.

2. On my Android devices (TVs, Tablet) and on Chromecast device my music playlists are no longer sorted to match the Sort I have on my Windows laptop.

3. It has great features, like HD quality or lyrics, but, frankly, it stops playing all the time on Android TV (all the video apps work flawlessly with an Ethernet wired connection, so it's an app problem).

4. First I love Amazon Music and have installed it on all my devices, I tried every trick I know to no avail and I have to say the app for Chromecast sucks.

5. Please, do something!!!The Amazon Music app for Android tv is quite poorly developed and deserves criticism to the highest degree.

6. Thankfully now you can go back to your normal artists view, but when you click on an artist, rather than seeing the music you have for them, it shows the view as if you searched that artist.

7. 2) "You might like" and "songs for you" "albums for you" and the other "for you" sections seem to be based on one thing you recently listened to, which is ridiculous if you happen to like more than one micro-genre of music.

8. It doesn't save the setting for all.For a billion dollar company you would think they can create a music app that works on Android TV.

9. Even with a chunky Ethernet connection, this app is not interested in playing music. This would be a nice app... as long as it would work.

10. Uninstalling for the last time and cancelling my subscription to Amazon HD service. To start I am quite adept at installing apps across many platforms.

11. (Yeah, I know I can search, but that's clunky at best, and NO, I don't have or want Alexa).Fixed artists view but the experience is still worse than what it was before they made the total fail of changing it in the first place.
