1. I wish it gave better definition of the different paces (jog, steady, tempo, etc.)The app provides a sensible programme to get from 5K to 10K, however the first few times I used it the app crashed during my workouts - very annoying! I think this may have been to do with turning the location on within the app, which is stupid, but when I didn't turn it on it didn't crash.
2. It used to work but hasn't worked for my last few runs and my data has been working fine so it has to do with the app.
3. It is fully downloaded, so no going on to podcast to find it everything, Downside it doesn't have music although you can load your own onto the app.Not good anymore.
4. However, knocked one star off as it doesn't explain what a tempo run is, or what sort of pace you should be going, which would have been handy.
5. Good structure to the programme with tempo runs and recovery runs.
6. The GPS doesnt work anymore so it doesn't measure the distance or my pace.
7. The GPS tracker didn't work very well but that might be because of my battery saver mode was turned on.
8. But don't rely this app to actually track your distance & route; it's conked out after less than a mile every time, with the timer still running.
9. No previews of what's in each workout, ya gotta blindly commit yourself to a set time of whatever the "trainer" throws at you, I guess.
10. Even more disappointing is that it didn't record my longest run.Excellent. Using this after couch to 5k programme.
11. Thankfully it was recording on my SmartWatch so that was able to get my distance!Basically a post-it note to remind me to run, plus somewhere to record when and how far I ran, but that's about it.
