1. It does not even take you to your favorite store as you have to find it on the map every time.

2. After uninstalling and reinstalling three separate times and pulling up deals prior to entering the store I have not been able to redeem deals.

3. Deleting this app.The app froze the first time I attempted to use it, then I looked at the reviews and saw that everybody else seems to have the same problems, I have no choice but to uninstall this app.

4. Deals disappear before their expiration dates an app doesn't function in the store even when connected to store Wi-Fi.

5. So frustrating! Store employees are unable to scan coupon from other source but know that many people have the same issue.

1. Fix QuickChek Rewards Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart QuickChek Rewards: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the QuickChek Rewards App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "QuickChek Rewards" » Open QuickChek Rewards » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for QuickChek Rewards » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear QuickChek Rewards app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from QuickChek Rewards servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "QuickChek Rewards" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check QuickChek Rewards app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, QuickChek Rewards might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall QuickChek Rewards. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall QuickChek Rewards then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing QuickChek Rewards not working

2. Fix QuickChek Rewards Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make QuickChek Rewards be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to QuickChek Rewards not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, QuickChek Rewards may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
