1. I hit ok and it changes to a screen that says loading... ive never seen anything else but this when trying to use the app.Error after error message won't let me do anything! My school uses edquity so I have to I've never used the app without a crash or error message saying I couldn't do what I needed.

2. I linked my bank account, but I keep getting an error message when I try to claim saying something went wrong and to try again later.

1. Fix Edquity Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Edquity: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Edquity App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Edquity" » Open Edquity » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Edquity » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Edquity app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Edquity servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Edquity" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Edquity app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Edquity might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Edquity. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Edquity then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Edquity not working

2. Fix Edquity Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Edquity be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Edquity not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Edquity may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
