Veo Customer Insights

1. I'd be fine with a crappy "modern" UI and a random cartoon face on my profile if it at least worked properly, but knowing how things are nowadays I should have seen this coming and expected that they'd update and break something that worked perfectly fine for no reason.

2. I had to go with the good ol reliable Razor!App often will have connectivity issues, and with the electric ride you're charged by the minute.

3. If you have issues, it's non-refundable! Not worth the hassle! Found a vehicle, started the ride but kept loading in the app.

4. You won't be able to use it 75%+ of the time, and you'll find yourself losing a lot of time instead of saving any.The most fun you will have on 2 wheels And perfect for commuting to work, shopping, visiting friends.

5. After an update, I was logged in as what looked like a sample profile for debugging, and the place to input your name doesn't even work after you figure out how to get to your own profile.

6. A downer start to the experience turned out to be pretty great! The new update not only looks horrible, but it doesn't even work.

7. So be careful of this app, especially if you have a budget...Clunky app While using the map, the App is constantly trying to communicate over network which is expected but interrupts the view for a good while and occurs with every touch.

8. I had to push the vehicle in a red zone to end the ride (while its alarm was going off because i was pushing it).

9. I have a monthly membership and it is still trying to charge me per ride.A transit mode is worthless if it's unreliable, and it's called Veo.

10. Plan 15m to get the app initial set up and few min at the end of each ride in case it doesn't cooperate. The software devs need to get their act together.

11. This app could be way better with some optimizations to how/when users are charged. When I created my account, I made sure to turn off the auto reload but they still charged me twice.
