1. Sometimes the scooter won't accelerate at all in a regular street, sometimes it won't be possible to end a ride even when parked in a proper parking area (restarting the app seems to fix the issue).What an obsolete joke! This is the worst experience of ebimes I have had.

2. I literally had a ride that was 8:01 and it charged me for 9 minutes.I'm being generous with 3 stars, it's an absolute shame that there is a limit with no rules for parking around the city, it's fit for a month python sketch.

3. Nothing works anymore and now I can't rent a scooter at all Good parking, ride, and pricing, but the way it calculates minutes is terrible.

4. I wasted 15 minutes trying to move to different areas and at the end went to a place where lots of other scooters were parked.

5. Not only can't you park the bike, you can't even cycle it irrespective as to whether you are in the road or in a park! As someone with an injury, chosing to use an electric bike to make a journey shorter and more comfortable, the exact opposite happened.

6. Since you're charged by the minute, these add up to £££ wasted.Awful experience, my wife and i rode the scooters for 10 minutes.

7. If you want to lift it from the street to the sidewalk, forget it.Absolute rubbish! Choose one of the other providers that allow flexibility in parking.

8. Unfortunately, if the parking spot is not directly on a road, it may assume your precise location is on a road nearby, and therefore, not in the parking area.

10. Shockingly disappointedRecently introduced a system to determine your "precise location" before you end a ride.

11. The non-working vehicles appear in the app, they can be unlocked and the unlocking fee is charged even if the vehicle was not moved from its initial position.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix TIER Electric scooters Issues

1. Fix TIER Electric scooters Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart TIER Electric scooters: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the TIER Electric scooters App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TIER Electric scooters" » Open TIER Electric scooters » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TIER Electric scooters » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear TIER Electric scooters app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TIER Electric scooters servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TIER Electric scooters" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check TIER Electric scooters app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TIER Electric scooters might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall TIER Electric scooters. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TIER Electric scooters then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TIER Electric scooters not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TIER Electric scooters be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
