1. I signed up and never got a text to verify and right away it says I have hit the limit for text.Unable to register as I'm not getting validation number to provided number.. Tried again with same information, already number and email id got registered without any welcome notification.. Also Tried logging in with forgot password, No security reference mail has been sent..Would massively help your app if it actually sent the verification code when you attempt to register.

2. How can it registered when the app won't allow me to register the first time?I got my validation code in seconds and the app UI isn't the cleanest, but it seems to work.

3. App asks for location access permissions why can't it auto detect the country while entering contact number? Checked with different emails but same mobile no.

1. Fix Bounce Rider Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Bounce Rider: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Bounce Rider App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Bounce Rider" » Open Bounce Rider » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Bounce Rider » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Bounce Rider app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Bounce Rider servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Bounce Rider" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Bounce Rider app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Bounce Rider might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Bounce Rider. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Bounce Rider then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Bounce Rider not working

2. Fix Bounce Rider Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Bounce Rider be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Bounce Rider not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Bounce Rider may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
