1. It is good to have Laptop / Web version to request the ride.Amazing car sharing experience..! All car owners should start using this and do their bit towards the environment...! Great option for riders.

2. Update 22/11/2019 : The rider/driver profile interchange bugs are back.. If I send a request to go as a rider with someone while I'm set as a driver in the settings, the app doesn't use my available rider vouchers.. It worked fine a while ago but is no longer the case..The utility is unmatched, but the app has only gotten worse over the last 4 years.

3. It's a scam to loot customers.If play store would have option of rating less than 1,I would have given that rating.Return.Experience is good but sometimes it gives technical errors.

4. Today I'm not able to find a single ride as it gives the technical error while I search for rides.

5. I assume the charade of having to buy a single ride every time you want to take a ride comes from some regulatory pressures (see the RBI release about sRide) but it is an inconvenience.

6. 3 years ago this app was really good but now performance, usability decreased and all focus is shifted to money.Pathetic app.I bought a voucher.I got payment successful screen also.

7. For an app whose utility is moot once you've made an initial connection, sRide really doesn't provide a compelling reason to keep using it.Since the last 3-4 weeks, the app is not functioning properly at all.

8. At times, I have sent a ride request but since the app crashed, I have not been able to see whether my request was accepted.

9. That voucher is not getting reflected even in my transaction.They don't even have a customer care number where I can call to get the issue fixed quickly.

10. It doesn't have an option to transfer the amount or vouchers to other sride member.

11. Instead of buying rides every time, we should be able to pay via wallet or card.

1. Fix sRide Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart sRide: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the sRide App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "sRide" » Open sRide™ - Meet People Locally » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for sRide » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear sRide™ - Meet People Locally app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from sRide servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "sRide™ - Meet People Locally" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check sRide app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, sRide might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall sRide. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall sRide then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing sRide not working

2. Fix sRide Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make sRide be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to sRide not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, sRide may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
