Also, the were times when I got dooped by the driver and I told totalridr and they just made me call different numbers that didn't get me anywhere 😡 and they didn't refund me money that I should've been refunded for.. but to be honest, despite the negativities of this app I can say that the good and beneficial things that this app gives me is more...I met several great drivers who are great and respected me as their customer.
2. I emailed to complain to Total Ride about the driver demanding cash and no one has responded.I waited over a half hour never gave me an update that it even canceled my ride request without notice.
3. I got a call from the driver at the time I was to be picked up and was told he was 15min away, I didn't get picked up until 20min after my scheduled time.
4. I thought I'd call the service to see why and how long it'll be before a car is available and it wouldn't connect my call it's as if the business is non existent! Very very unhappy and will let everyone I know not to use the Totalride service.Booked a ride through the app.
5. You get no approx time till your ride arrives... waited almost an hour and finally decided to check the app.
6. When I went back on the Lyft app to schedule my ride it was now $7 more expensive.I had booked a ride 2 go 2 miles from where I work to where I live and they told me that it would take 2 hrs 2 get a cab 2 my loc.
7. My return ride, I was never notified when a driver had been assigned, so if I hadn't kept checking I never would have known.
8. He have me no info on why the ride was cancelled, rescheduled it and said hed make it a priority... still no approx time given.
9. First time I booked my ride for a specific pick up time.
10. I was about ready 2 cancel the book & I found out that totalride had already cancelked the ride.
11. That means I did pay for the ride with my debit card.
