Would help if there were grace days for website upgrades, there are no grace days.You need to keep money in an account now, can't pre pay for parking, pay a fee to add money to your account, the app sometimes prevents you from paying for no reason, physical parking meters are being removed, parking in one zone is not transferrable to another, and may other issues.

2. What would be a great improvement is a 'end parking session' option that would also return leftover money to the user's account.Slow to load, slow to operate, does not give accurate time remaining info.

It fails to load all the time to the point you have to close out the app and open it again several times, it crashes completely to where it won't load at all, I log in at times where it says no vehicle is tied to the account only to log out and log back in (after reloading the app several times) and my vehicle is there, and I've had to uninstall and reinstall the app a few times to "correct" issues.

4. Would be far better if they didn't force you to choose a default vehicle or had a couple of minutes grace period to edit vehicle to prevent accidentally paying for parking for wrong car.

5. One more thing, spoken to support about a zone that does not register in my app and they couldn't help me.Paid for my parking, still got a ticket.

6. However, I feel that not being allowed to use leftover time (and money) in a different zone is a bit petty.

7. Also what is the limit on extensions? It is not allowing me to extend for a 3rd time even though I am well bellow the max timeGreat IF you know the zone number.

8. Utter garbage.Since the last upgrade, this app has not shown the zone I'm parking.

9. I am uninstalling...Convenient, but easy to pay for wrong car, and once started you can't change vehicle, no grace period.

10. Now it's slow and buggy, doesn't send timeout notifications and crashes when I try to open it during an active session.
