1. I had been on the phone for hours on end to get an appointment with a doctor,wich always lead to me being told they didn't take new patients,or that they were already full... This app got me a rendezvous within 24hrs Very satisfied! No phone calls no time wasted,just a few clics.

2. But I had time to get myself an appointment and then find a second better appointment, all through the messy (but free) government platform, while Doctr didn't find anything within over 30 hours.

3. Example Lakeshore shows as 90% but when you click on it, it's actually 140%If only the app that I pay a subscription for worked,I could give it a better review!! Because of a "high volume of members", I can't even go farther then the log in page! It not just during peek times/hours of the day either.

4. Get it together, or give me back my money.I paid for Doctr to find me an appointment in a walk-in clinic.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Doctr Issues

1. Fix Doctr Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Doctr: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Doctr App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Doctr" » Open Doctr: In-clinic appointments » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Doctr » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Doctr: In-clinic appointments app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Doctr servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Doctr: In-clinic appointments" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Doctr app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Doctr might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Doctr. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Doctr then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Doctr not working


2. Fix Doctr Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Doctr be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Doctr not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Doctr may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • please proceed to the cancellation of my subscription right away. I didn't know that the service is a paid one and all my cancellation attempts through the app have failed. this is a final decision. thank you.
