Why should I report an Issue with Master for Amazfit?

Only feature I would love to see added at this point would be to be able to see or export gps tracks from watch activities from the app.Really good, so needed the amazbit GTR to sync to Google fit so I can get the info automatically transfer as the amazfit app didn't support it when adding apps for syncing.

2. Then it doesn't work again! It can't see my watch! I've tried to follow all the instructions and I've read FAQ! Plus it keeps showing "unauthorized!" Error in the screen although it shows that the watch is paired with the app.

6. The support doesn't reply to emailsGoogle Fit sync ON POINT!! This is the only app that I know of for Amazfit devices that doesn't sync steps with Google Fit as a series of a bunch of small walks.

7. Data storage and movement - moving data from one device to other is simple by copying the amazefittools folder Own Auth Method - Just get the auth key once and live without mi fit or zepp for lifetime.

8. It gives much better drill down stats and allows notifications of calls and texting content to show on watch face, unlike Mi Fit.

1. Fix Master Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Master: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Master App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Master" » Open Master for Amazfit » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Master » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Master for Amazfit app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Master servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Master for Amazfit" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Master app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Master might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Master. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Master then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Master not working

2. Fix Master Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Master be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Master not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Master may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
