1. Please fix this, this is an essential part of my BIP experience.(I AM using the latest version of the app) Even with the newest update, it looks like when the watch manages to connect to this app it disconnects from zepp and there's no way to get it back synced unless force stopping tools & amazfit.

2. Tried on 2 different phones but same results...I downloaded the app after reading on the official website that the app is capable of changing the language of the watch to English even when its the Chinese version.

3. After the notification "A" was delivered to the watch (and not read/deleted on the phone) and a second WhatsApp message comes in, the watch does not get a notification on the new message content, but the one delivered before.

4. The app states heart rates are not stored on the watch, yet with the Amazfit Bip the Mi Fit app will populate missing heart rates when synced after being disconnected all night.

5. It seems like this apps best features are the minimal ability to track naps, and set custom notifications, and tasker integration.I used to love this app, for the simple reason that I could use button presses to control Tasker actions (I have dozens based on this).

6. The notifications from the doorbell are appearing on the phone, but this app does not send the notification to the watch.

7. I don't understand why you can't simply FORCE a notification to be sent to the watch.

8. Three stars for not addressing the following feature: My wife has a question though... Do you have any plans for period tracking? I'm sure 50% of your users will find this helpful.It works for everything except the Ring Doorbell.

9. First, I did a lot of research before I bought the T rex Chinese version and banggood and this app were sure that the language could be changed to English.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Tools & Amazfit Issues

1. Fix Tools & Amazfit Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Tools & Amazfit: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Tools & Amazfit App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Tools & Amazfit" » Open Tools & Amazfit » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Tools & Amazfit » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Tools & Amazfit app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Tools & Amazfit servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Tools & Amazfit" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Tools & Amazfit app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Tools & Amazfit might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Tools & Amazfit. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Tools & Amazfit then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Tools & Amazfit not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Tools & Amazfit be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
