1. This needs to be fixed...also, my wording is in Chinese or something...I can't change it!From love to hate! I'm paying for premium but I'm not getting a premium experience! Simply put, I can't save/export the video I created onto my device, unlike before! I've decided not to pay for premium anymore.

2. Tried to log into my account because I thought maybe that was the issue however when I try to log in, I'm directed to a screen that says "this app doesn't exist, the developer has been notified " We shall see....Only allowing me to add videos, no photos.

3. I'm sorry any app that wants a commitment to pay first is not my choice and videos cannot be uploaded or downloaded no matter what they say.Use to love this app and now I hate it.

4. Very frustratingI'm just starting to use it for promotional reasons, and though it says "unlimited video length" with the premium plan; that's not the case! I can even get a full one minute.

5. The app has error messages if you want to share to other social media platforms and you can't export to Google Drive or Photos.

6. I have made slideshows in the past and not have these issues.very expensive and does not allow as many pictures as I would have preferred.Free 3 day trial and then they charge you 60 bucks for a year.

7. Even if you subscribe it's still only saves your videos as "drafts"- to which you cant save on to your phone or share to your social medias.

8. Bye...Complete waste of time!!! Don't bother downloading this app, you canNOT save any of your videos and they don't let you share it.

9. It looks like it's a quality app but every time I try to start enditing a video, no matter what, it sais the download failed and it just returns to the home page.

10. Contact Developer, no response.In order to use it or save any thing you make you have to upgrade and pay and only get 3 day trial so Inshot or others that actually have a Free version even Magisto is better than this.

1. Fix SlidePlus Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SlidePlus: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SlidePlus App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SlidePlus" » Open SlidePlus - Slideshow Maker » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SlidePlus » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SlidePlus - Slideshow Maker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SlidePlus servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SlidePlus - Slideshow Maker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SlidePlus app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SlidePlus might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SlidePlus. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SlidePlus then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SlidePlus not working

2. Fix SlidePlus Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SlidePlus be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SlidePlus not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SlidePlus may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
