1. Need this app for music files.Had to delete it as the arrow on the side of the screen is off putting, I know it's a free app but if you can't see the full video on you watch without paying for the full version then it's not for me.. Great app apart from that..I bought the suite of appfour apps, and they all work as required, so for that, they get 5*....BUT.....once installed, my battery life on my fossil 5th gen watch went from full usage lasting about 30hrs to lasting about 3hrs at most, rendering my phone as just time only, in which case they are pointless.

2. Try the free app but don't purchase it but it's good that a watch can play video files shame .Wear24 watch running 2.0. OPEN APK ON PHONE FIRST.

3. Like a volume boost and some resolution options.The video won't load on the watch when the app on phone is open but when closed the app says cannot load video.

4. Shame, as functionally they worked fine.Update: 23/07/2020 not working on fossil q explorist... I paid for this app and it does not work can I get an update that will fix this or a refund? The app crashes and does not load video from a HTC ONE M9.

5. Worked and works perfectly for video playback on Galaxy Watch 4, of videos from your phone.Hey Guys.

6. The wear photos version works for photos only video displays in the gallery's as it should but they do not play and crash the watch.

7. At least it shows the videos but when I try to play the video it says "Sorry this video cannot be played." I have taken pictures of the error messages in both the video app and the pictures app.

8. In my opinion combine Wear Photos and an actual working version or Wear Videos together - Wear GalleryExcellent! Strange one but... Didn't work when I first installed.

9. I don't want have to keep doing this to load videos on the watch.(Updated again ) Initially this worked well, an app tizen appears unable to duplicate, however, when videos changed updating became arduous if not absent.

10. Thought it wouldn't play the whole video without buying premium but no still the same shame could have been a good app but isn't as expected.

1. Fix Video Gallery Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Video Gallery: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Video Gallery App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Video Gallery" » Open Video Gallery for Wear OS » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Video Gallery » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Video Gallery for Wear OS app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Video Gallery servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Video Gallery for Wear OS" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Video Gallery app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Video Gallery might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Video Gallery. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Video Gallery then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Video Gallery not working

2. Fix Video Gallery Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Video Gallery be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Video Gallery not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Video Gallery may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
