1. Anybody any ideas anyone? Cannot set Sigma Cloud account, e mail address taken, even though never registered!!! Tried another e mail, that was set up a couple of months ago, the same!! Asked for password reset, cannot as not activated, this is for both e mails!!! Initially Windows 10, then Android tablet and then Android phone..... This is appalling, the GPS was a gift and works really well, very impressed, but the cloud software registration is unacceptable.

2. P.s. I've been using sigma device for the last 13 years.Update to below: Quick reply, but 3 days later their Cloud software has not been fixed.

If resolved will amend, but incredibly difficult in data center to find a contact e mail!Unable to download the new firmware for my ID FREE watch any help would be greatful,I've tried downloading it via laptop connection it says unable due to no Internet connection but it is definitely connected.So Far No Good.

4. You guys make best bike computers and idea of desktop software with local database is also great, but you must start make better software if you dont want to disapear from market.The app didn't open at all.

5. Leider fehlt die Möglichkeit tracks zu importieren (gpx, ...). Das wäre z.B. für den Urlaub wichtig wo man selten einen Mac oder Windows PC dabei hat.The app is very nice and useful except a weird calculation error.

6. The track menu always shows less elevation change than in the activity menu.

7. And then i also lost the ability to connect any new devices (Android 8.0) because the appropriate menu functions just disappeared.

8. In general, it looks heavy and all animations (even simple scrolling) shows as they are in 15-20 fps, like in slow browsers.

9. An activity recorded with a Rox 10 shows e.g. 600 m uphill in the activity - value menu.

10. From some point of time it stopped work with RC MOVE (the same situation as with SIGMA LINK).

1. Fix SIGMA DATA CENTER Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SIGMA DATA CENTER: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SIGMA DATA CENTER App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SIGMA DATA CENTER" » Open SIGMA DATA CENTER » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SIGMA DATA CENTER » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SIGMA DATA CENTER app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SIGMA DATA CENTER servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SIGMA DATA CENTER" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SIGMA DATA CENTER app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SIGMA DATA CENTER might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SIGMA DATA CENTER. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SIGMA DATA CENTER then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SIGMA DATA CENTER not working

2. Fix SIGMA DATA CENTER Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SIGMA DATA CENTER be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SIGMA DATA CENTER not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SIGMA DATA CENTER may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
