1. It was showing error.. I tried several times, infact I uninstalled and again installed the app but didn't work.This app is totally crazy, when i was fill up my form some bugs i had seen, my details not saved after i lived in the app, because of that problem i fill the forms 3 or 4 times but again that problems arrived, please add "refreshing" features and auto saved files during, when we building the forms.

2. I hope this comment helps the developer and potential downloaders! :)This app isn't slow as other forms related app! Concerning the graphs, the round shaped graphs are correct when participants have to only check one box.

3. Instead, it asks for all permissions to google drive, permission to manage forms in drive, as well as full access to spreadsheets.

4. I would like to believe you, but I just checked another app that can access google forms without requiring any access to my contacts.

5. However developer, is it possible to add time depended quize into it? Such that a person or student can complete a quiz form within a specified time once started.

6. Asking for access to contacts is not acceptable because it's asking for personal info of people I know, not only my own data.

7. Moreover I couldn't find a way to export or copy the data/results of my survey.Very poor... After creating one form it's unable to save or share.. showing "something went wrong, please try again".

8. It also didn't even give any warnings so if something happens, it's not like you were warned of it so you could take precautions.Not acceptable to require access to contacts.

9. This is still a lot of permissions just for forms, but this is acceptable because at worse it only mess with my own data.

1. Fix FormsApp Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FormsApp: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FormsApp App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FormsApp" » Open FormsApp - Manage your Forms » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FormsApp » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FormsApp - Manage your Forms app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FormsApp servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FormsApp - Manage your Forms" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FormsApp app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FormsApp might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FormsApp. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FormsApp then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FormsApp not working

2. Fix FormsApp Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FormsApp be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FormsApp not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FormsApp may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
