It would be nice to have function to return to main screen after completing responses.It is easy to use but the problem right now...... i created a form(survey) but when i return to the app to view responses and statistics it shows a blank white page it is irritating and annoying because i am in a hurry and i saw someone complaining about this issue which you have not resolve a thing , if it was not for this matteri should have gave this app 5⭐The app doesnt work! it looks great and seems like it will be glod but then doesnt work.

2. I keep getting a blank white error page! and no one is available to help.Does not allow the display of statistics in the course of conducting a survey (example; election) so that parties can easily access the output unless you upgrade.

3. Thanks.The app features are great but I have been trying to create a form of hardly 10 questions but in vain everytime I save and finish the form and share the link it puts me back to where I started all the customization is gone and only 5 questions are visible.

4. Apart from the above problem I have illustrated, FORMS.APP is the best.I downloaded the app and chose one of the templates to create a form, and it is soooo slow to load.

5. If you can fix this issue please I would love to continue using your app for a long term as it has all the features and great user interface and ease to make online forms compared to other apps.

6. Overall I liked it but I wanted to suggest a feature I would like to see implemented in this app and that of importing forms from other forms because I've already made many of my forms from Microsoft and Zoho froms and making them all again in this would be lot difficult to me.

7. Every time i click the numbers to enter the time the numbers does not come in the form.

8. I'm uninstalling this app now.Fully customizable and easy to use, free version has everything, there are no limits to what kind of form or where you require it as well as analytics and sharing.

9. But now after the update, when i tried making some changes on my forms, and i wanted to save it, I can't.

10. We can get many type of templates, designs,questions etc.Actually the star should be 4.7 but as it could not be given i could not but the reason I have not given this app 5.0 because of the question of time.

1. Fix Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart : Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "" » Open forms.app Create Forms Online » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear forms.app Create Forms Online app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "forms.app Create Forms Online" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall . If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing not working

2. Fix Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
