Travel Tracker Pro Customer Insights

1. When I start recording the track and if I stop at any point for more than 1hours the recording stop at that point and when we open the track data at the end of destination the remaining track is not recorded.Good app, seems to work as advertized.

6. The map data is really horrible as they use Mapbox which is known to be extremely bad quality and the satellite images are very VERY old.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Travel Tracker Pro Issues

1. Fix Travel Tracker Pro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Travel Tracker Pro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Travel Tracker Pro App. Here is how:

  3. Clear Travel Tracker Pro - GPS app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Travel Tracker Pro servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Travel Tracker Pro - GPS" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Travel Tracker Pro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Travel Tracker Pro might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Travel Tracker Pro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Travel Tracker Pro then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Travel Tracker Pro not working
