Why should I report an Issue with REC - Screen | Video Recorder?

1. edit: I've got a problem, everytime I set it on Landscape, it's potrait, and I can't set it on Landscape..help..? (yes i've tried changing and changing it..and now the screen is always glitching, doubling the image..?It's really good! WAY better mobizen sucks no offense- This does not freeze up on Roblox a lot but, it's 4 stars because sometimes it won't let me close out the tab and I can't stop recording or go into the app it does not let me click the circle of the side of the screen.. But I think it just needed updated IDK yet.

2. Then when I would try to record me playing Roblox, it would be super laggy and I would constantly die, so I would jsut delete the video and stop recording to try and pass it; and that's when I noticed my laptop started working just fine after Iclosed the app.

3. It is something I recommend for Android because it doesn't have screen recording in the phone already so if you download this, it is super easy and you can screen record practically everything you want! 5 stars from me.

4. But really good app! If it stops messing up I'll give it a 5!~Love it! I can record a video from my screen then play it back in slow motion if i want.

5. After I was done recording I checked it and it didn't even record any audio nor record the screen! I just saw a green & black screen.

6. 0/5 didn't even record.It was nice at first and then the first thing that I noticed was that the sound quality was extremely bad, but that wasn't a problem since I could just do a voice over later.

7. IF it works, that is.I tried using this to record a video for the second time, and it didnt work.

8. But once I finished my video that took me a long time to make, it wasn't recording anymore and whatever footage it had was gone or deleted.

9. No lags, no glitches, doesn't need internet, and best of all, ITS COMPLETELY FREE!!! Best screen recording app.

10. When you play back the video, pause it, then go to menu (3 dots in lower right corner), click on Repeat (1 time) and voila, slow motion.

1. Fix REC Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart REC: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the REC App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "REC" » Open REC - Screen | Video Recorder » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for REC » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear REC - Screen | Video Recorder app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from REC servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "REC - Screen | Video Recorder" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check REC app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, REC might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall REC. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall REC then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing REC not working

2. Fix REC Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make REC be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to REC not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, REC may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
