4. Both WiFi and bluetooth methods work (I switch the WiFi on my phone off for bluetooth chat).

5. May I put it this way when "Talkie" app works why yours won't? Your app finds by bluetooth or wifi or in combine? I tried switching on both as suggested by your App's name.

1. Restart WiFi / Bluetooth Call & Chat: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WiFi / Bluetooth Call & Chat App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WiFi / Bluetooth Call & Chat" » Open WiFi / Bluetooth Call & Chat » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WiFi / Bluetooth Call & Chat » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WiFi / Bluetooth Call & Chat app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WiFi / Bluetooth Call & Chat servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WiFi / Bluetooth Call & Chat" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WiFi / Bluetooth Call & Chat app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WiFi / Bluetooth Call & Chat might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WiFi / Bluetooth Call & Chat. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WiFi / Bluetooth Call & Chat then reinstall.
