1. In fact, it connects so well that I have to shut off my WiFi when driving in the city or it connects to public WiFi at nearby businesses at every stoplight! The constant notification tones whenever it connects are annoying, but they can be turned off by sliding the notification tab slightly right and going into the settings gear button there.I'm not sure if it's because of my phone (Moto G6) but, this app doesn't work for me at all.
2. The app does show you a short list of hotspots in your area that you can connect to for free, but unless you are online, it only shows what's in range of your WiFi, which is like finding a needle in a haystack.
3. Update: After everything and getting nowhere, I was finally able to uninstall this adware, you have to uninstall through the Google play store; any other will not work.I'm trying to build a WiFi phone to leave in the car.
4. It'd be nice to show you, while OFFLINE, which WiFi hotspots were in your immediate area, even if your device couldn't detect them at the time, so you can drive or walk to them and connect.
5. Worth checking out for sure...👀🌐Connects to many WiFi sources that I didn't expect, many with passwords that I don't normally have access to, even if it is a business I frequent (I never bothered to ask for the password usually).
6. It only shows my home wifi, so whenever I go out somewhere and I'm trying to find wifi connections nearby, it doesn't show any that are actually near me at all.
7. All this app basically does is act as a VPN, internet browser, and WiFi finder all in one, however if you want this to actually work well, it costs money.
8. This app will unlock the passwords of WiFi's with weak security, because my at home WiFi's password is pretty secure and it never popped up in the list.
9. For example, you can download a list of WiFi hotspots in your area.
10. This app doesn't connect to WiFi's automatically, it just shows you where good WiFi spots are and give you directions to them.
11. And this exposes the glaring defect in Instabridge (and the many other WiFi finding apps that I've tried).
