Why should I report an Issue with Instabridge: WiFi Map?

1. In fact, it connects so well that I have to shut off my WiFi when driving in the city or it connects to public WiFi at nearby businesses at every stoplight! The constant notification tones whenever it connects are annoying, but they can be turned off by sliding the notification tab slightly right and going into the settings gear button there.I'm not sure if it's because of my phone (Moto G6) but, this app doesn't work for me at all.

6. It only shows my home wifi, so whenever I go out somewhere and I'm trying to find wifi connections nearby, it doesn't show any that are actually near me at all.

7. All this app basically does is act as a VPN, internet browser, and WiFi finder all in one, however if you want this to actually work well, it costs money.

8. This app will unlock the passwords of WiFi's with weak security, because my at home WiFi's password is pretty secure and it never popped up in the list.

9. For example, you can download a list of WiFi hotspots in your area.

10. This app doesn't connect to WiFi's automatically, it just shows you where good WiFi spots are and give you directions to them.

11. And this exposes the glaring defect in Instabridge (and the many other WiFi finding apps that I've tried).

1. Fix Instabridge Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Instabridge: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Instabridge App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Instabridge" » Open Instabridge: WiFi Map » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Instabridge » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Instabridge: WiFi Map app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Instabridge servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Instabridge: WiFi Map" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Instabridge app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Instabridge might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Instabridge. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Instabridge then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Instabridge not working

2. Fix Instabridge Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Instabridge be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Instabridge not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Instabridge may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
