Multi-Device Energy Monitor AI Customer Insights

1. I cleared cache and memory and it opened, but as soon as I signed in again it broke again.still running, shows current device properties where you select one to graph, but the graph froze after 62 minutes... that was hours ago.. .

2. Also i wish that there was separate sound effect options for reaching a specified lower battery and for reaching a specified higher battery.

3. Paying monthly to use a utility that should be a one-time purchase is insulting, especially when my Google drive is acting as a cloud host.

4. I have the notification saying that every monitor is active, but when clicking that or opening the app naturally, I get the splash screen forever.

5. I was able to install it and get it setup... but now, trying to open the app, I'm met with the splash screen and it never 'loads'.

6. This is garbage that must be poorly written to have portions hang while other portions continue.

7. It seems that the app default sound always plays rather than my own custom sound.

8. Other than that I'd say this app is perfect.Seems like a solid app but the subscription is a no go for me.

9. Give me the option to make a one-time $8-$10 payment and I'm a happy man.

10. I understand revenue drives development, but this is a new app in a young space.

11. You'll make up for it in volume.Edit: Fast response, pending fix, we'll see how it goes.
