1. Fix CPU-Z Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
Restart CPU-Z: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
Update the CPU-Z App. Here is how:
On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CPU-Z" » Open CPU-Z : Full system info & Hardware & Device Info » click "Update".
On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CPU-Z » click "UPDATE".
Clear CPU-Z : Full system info & Hardware & Device Info app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CPU-Z servers.
On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CPU-Z : Full system info & Hardware & Device Info" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
Check CPU-Z app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CPU-Z might not work.
Uninstall and reinstall CPU-Z. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CPU-Z then reinstall.

Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CPU-Z not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CPU-Z may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
