1. Using on my 2011 848 Evo with an Amazon-sourced 4 pin-ODBII adapter and a random BT ELM dongle I had lying around.Program worked great! Reset my TPS (once I replaced it) and the service (once I did it), worked like a charm.

2. You can even clear the service icon!What a waste of time! I tried 4 different ELM BT readers on8 different devices (S4,S5,S10,S21, TabS2, TabS4, TabS6) None of devices would establish a connection with any of the ELM adapters.

3. Ducati people, forget JPDiag use this instead as it is brilliant.If you have problems connecting just check settings and make sure its either Bluetooth or wireless.

4. With that being said, I would make sure you get a decent quality one and not the cheapest one you can get.Ive got a Ducati 999s and getting the proper Ducati Diags is unrealistic.

1. Fix ScanM5X Data Logger Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ScanM5X Data Logger: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ScanM5X Data Logger App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ScanM5X Data Logger" » Open ScanM5X Data Logger » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ScanM5X Data Logger » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ScanM5X Data Logger app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ScanM5X Data Logger servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ScanM5X Data Logger" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ScanM5X Data Logger app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ScanM5X Data Logger might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ScanM5X Data Logger. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ScanM5X Data Logger then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ScanM5X Data Logger not working

2. Fix ScanM5X Data Logger Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ScanM5X Data Logger be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
