Why should I report an Issue with Round Photo - Design Clippings?

2. Crop out shapes on your pictures with forms like circle,heart,rhombus,triangle,cross,etc. - Very simple to use with friendly user interface. - You can select the background color of the photo or clip it.

1. :/ and as a result useless.Great app for Round photo.....Only good to edit photos background, and shape 'trimming' really means giving it a border than cutting the background out and making it a full circle e.g. for an icon.

2. Works well enough, but you're limited to a small selection of borders that you can't manually resize - there are multiple circle options with a few different sizes, for example.

3. I cropped it to a circle to use on a pink background of the same colour so it would blend but I can clearly see a faint black outline.

4. I wish I could give 10 stars even with the ads! Congrats to the developers.Sometimes good for app icons, but other times it can't do transparency, I don't know why... UI is ugly, and there should be a way to pay a small amount to disable ads.

5. Adding an option to extend the border color to a set resolution would help make them fit.I wouldn't know what to do without Round Photo.

11. But now, you make a circle and each time it forces a new video ad on you (yes for EACH circle) and you are STUCK.

1. Fix Round Photo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Round Photo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Round Photo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Round Photo" » Open Round Photo - Design Clippings » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Round Photo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Round Photo - Design Clippings app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Round Photo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Round Photo - Design Clippings" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Round Photo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Round Photo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Round Photo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Round Photo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Round Photo not working

2. Fix Round Photo Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Round Photo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Round Photo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Round Photo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
