Why should I report an Issue with Imagitor - Urdu Design?

I wonder what happened to them and when I tried to restore from the backup that did not work ..Hi there, I have been now using Imagitor for more than eight months, and I wanted to tell you that it had been my best experience of using any kind of mobile editor! I mean, I don’t have words to express my satisfaction.

2. The text texture presets contain limited number of designs, although there is an option of adding online textures, but in case someone doesn’t has an internet connection, he won’t be able to do that.

3. But one thing to note is that the previous posts cannot be saved, only one post is saved in the project option, the rest are not saved.

4. Ads come up in the app, then you are forced to watch an add (30 sec) to remove the watermark and then you get ANOTHER add after that!!! Some apps shoot themselves in the foot.Nice app and I planned to purchase it until I saw it is subscription based.

5. Regards.If you are going to make us watch an ad for trying to remove the watermark, then whats the point of making us watch it again to save it? It is better to not force users to watch 2 ads.

6. Means, if we have multiple text boxes and some symbols, and we want them to be aligned left or right within the same dimensions, and simultaneously, we can’t perform it in one go.

7. There is a popular font, nowadays, ‘travelling_typewriter’, that most of the pages use to produce aesthetic quotations, that must be included along with other typewriter fonts, if possible.

8. We do understand you need to make revenue that's why we are willing to watch the ad to remove watermark and thus it isn't free anyways .

9. I absolutely don't mind watching ads, but closing app and losing work after every 2 minutes.The app itself is good.

10. So, an option of adding images from mobile storage, or saving them online should be added.

11. This application runs offline and has the option of backup but some do not have net which is why they cannot backup their post.

1. Fix Imagitor Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Imagitor: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Imagitor App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Imagitor" » Open Imagitor - Urdu Design » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Imagitor » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Imagitor - Urdu Design app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Imagitor servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Imagitor - Urdu Design" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Imagitor app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Imagitor might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Imagitor. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Imagitor then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Imagitor not working

2. Fix Imagitor Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Imagitor be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Imagitor not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Imagitor may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
