Why should I report an Issue with Timesheet?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. I like the atuomatic clock in, my suggestion is being able to set an hourly rate would be a good improvement.Very easy, intuitive setup, no unnessary overhead if you just want to record your time you spend on your jobsClearing the data and cache didnt solve the problem of being unable to either send or printing the data to pdf.

2. Would be good to have a clock in and out function too.This is the only app that one can add surcharge hours, distance from work and custom color accents for different jobs.

3. nice one! (note to dev: typo in app on delete time entry.. says "Waring" not "Warning")pretty good app, not sure what the difference is with the free and paid version though.

4. If added, would edit to 5 stars instantly.good app quite easy to use and love the calculate hours n send function.

5. Will get the paid version.the best ever!! here are some cool ideas i think to help push the app to the next level if you want: build some sort of algorithm that monitors when the user checks in and add 5 minute notification reminders before that start time.

7. In summary an above average, well-rounded timesheet app that calculates salaries based on wages, surcharge hours, distance to work, etc.

8. And when i had a question about the app it got answerd in no time at all.Good app and easy to use.

9. 2 enhancements id love to see - for the sending of All Hours - could u include the job code? also.. it would be nice if i could just put eg 3hrs on job.. rather than choose eg 8-11.

10. Couple of things though, when exporting the time sheets, the dates are in the 'wrong' American order, not European.

1. Fix Timesheet Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Timesheet: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Timesheet App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Timesheet" » Open Timesheet » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Timesheet » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Timesheet app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Timesheet servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Timesheet" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Timesheet app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Timesheet might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Timesheet. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Timesheet then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Timesheet not working

2. Fix Timesheet Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Timesheet be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Timesheet not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Timesheet may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
