1. Great idea in theory, but in my view, it needs much more work.I am an Amateur Radio operator and have been using this for a while to listen and compare it to what's being received on my own amateur radios.

Also, make sure you are using the correct band setting for the frequency you are using (USB,LSB,FM,AM,etc.) Have fun listening, and as always, read the instructions before operating!The app is so cool and layed out well for a phone with a small screen but the large screen phones the app can not scale properly, that's sad.

4. I'm figuring it's a setting in my phone(galaxy 8) all settings set to let the app do what it wants(run in background, no restrictions on battery usage etc) but if it's running and I go to another app it keeps running until I go back to it(to change frequency)and it just shuts down.

5. Anything for the almighty dollar.I have enjoyed this app in the past but got the new update and for some reason which happened years ago the font on it is very big and does not look well.

1. Fix Pocket RxTx Lite Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Pocket RxTx Lite: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Pocket RxTx Lite App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Pocket RxTx Lite" » Open Pocket RxTx Lite » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Pocket RxTx Lite » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Pocket RxTx Lite app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Pocket RxTx Lite servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Pocket RxTx Lite" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Pocket RxTx Lite app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Pocket RxTx Lite might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Pocket RxTx Lite. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Pocket RxTx Lite then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Pocket RxTx Lite not working

2. Fix Pocket RxTx Lite Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Pocket RxTx Lite be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Pocket RxTx Lite not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Pocket RxTx Lite may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
