1. Any unseen damage only adds time to the repair and this could be alleviated if the estimate is hands on from the onset.It was simple to take the pictures needed, but trying to add the scratches and dents was a little difficult.

2. I also would have liked not having a character limit to the description also because it can be easy to miss some of the details in a photo, but if there is enough notes along side of the pictures then it's easier to find those details.Worked pretty well.

6. I spent 20 min installing it, figuring out the wierd navigation, and taking the many pictures they wanted only to have all my work lost when I tried to use the back key.

7. It tells you to submit and *then* asks if you have pictures of an estimate (e.g. from a body shop), which is pretty confusing.

8. Side of the road wouldn't be a great idea because the distance you need for proper pictures.

9. The issue that I have is that pictures don't tell everything about what occurs in a collision, albeit it on a small or large scale.

11. This app needs to be rewritten from scratch! A most user-UNfriendly app!Cool app but it's very touchy, very picky, and its inability to take a detailed photo WITHOUT flash or zoom features makes it less than perfect.

1. Fix State Farm Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart State Farm: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the State Farm App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "State Farm" » Open State Farm® Pocket Estimate » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for State Farm » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear State Farm® Pocket Estimate app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from State Farm servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "State Farm® Pocket Estimate" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check State Farm app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, State Farm might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall State Farm. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall State Farm then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing State Farm not working

2. Fix State Farm Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make State Farm be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to State Farm not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, State Farm may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
