1. (Images work atm, but aren't zoomable and the ui to access is a bit limited)This app is great!! Soooo helpful in more ways thean 1....lol It's smooth and transitions from place to place rather easily!!! Makes things waaayyyyy easier to keep track of!! Especially if someone if trying to keep track of you!!! 6 outa 5 stars!!! Bravo!!!... 😜🤪🥴🤓😮💯Great app, but I wish I had the option to turn off the automatic barcode scan so I can make sure the barcode is properly focused before scanning.

2. Strangely, the app scans and decodes some ghost code even if there is no code in the camera frame, just some random background... It is a bit irritating...Excellent support of user created cards.

3. I really want to like this app, but right now it has some glitch where it keeps showing the wrong image for one of my cards (in list view).

4. But there are some interface things that would be nice to improve - like most of the options don't work for my country anyway, and I just need a sleek convenient way of storing cards.

5. While other apps likely more built in support of your country's cards, this is better since the other apps eventually break and your screwed.

6. Show custom image/logo in "big card view", for not built-in cards (instead of the random color that is now) .

7. This could be a much better app this way with a much wider audience than what you intended.Unknown language from unknown advertising entities! My system is set to to be in English, & I like to stay like that! This app is not fit for a payed AD free version as choice of British companies is limited! I'm not sending any screenshot to anyone.

1. Fix VirtualCards-Loyalty Cards Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart VirtualCards-Loyalty Cards: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the VirtualCards-Loyalty Cards App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "VirtualCards-Loyalty Cards" » Open VirtualCards-Loyalty Cards » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for VirtualCards-Loyalty Cards » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear VirtualCards-Loyalty Cards app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from VirtualCards-Loyalty Cards servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "VirtualCards-Loyalty Cards" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check VirtualCards-Loyalty Cards app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, VirtualCards-Loyalty Cards might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall VirtualCards-Loyalty Cards. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall VirtualCards-Loyalty Cards then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing VirtualCards-Loyalty Cards not working

2. Fix VirtualCards-Loyalty Cards Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make VirtualCards-Loyalty Cards be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to VirtualCards-Loyalty Cards not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, VirtualCards-Loyalty Cards may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
