1. Better to login to the website to manage your account and avoid dealing with the app.Used to be good, past weeks it simply shows an error and doesn't work.

2. An app well developed... and now with EV charging info! 💯... but stations in construction could be displayed with a different color in the map.UPD: Avoid! Steals money by charging 4 times instead of 2 for a return trip!!! Unreliable for up-to-date information.

3. It's been >24h since transponder was used but still no info about the movements/charges in the app or email account as promised on the Visitors website, even though charges have been made against the associated bank card.

1. Fix Via Verde Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Via Verde: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Via Verde App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Via Verde" » Open Via Verde » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Via Verde » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Via Verde app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Via Verde servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Via Verde" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Via Verde app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Via Verde might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Via Verde. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Via Verde then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Via Verde not working

2. Fix Via Verde Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Via Verde be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Via Verde not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Via Verde may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
