1. All customer service tells the customer is that Viasat made it clear in the contract that they are not responsible for bad wifi performance and the customer has no recourse.
2. It glitches out all the time and won't load, always tells me my modem isn't working even when it is, and I'm not impressed.Horrible horrible service.
3. Said the app was imperfect....Horrible!! The app and service is horrible!! My son can't play xbox, we can't watch a movie, the only thing it's good for is our phones.

5. How can you have one device use 35% of a weekly total, and all the rest are 0%? The TOTAL is 100%!! Where did the rest go?? Plus, it shows all the devices connected to the router, most of which don't draw any satellite stream.
6. It showed me the WiFi tab at the bottom and I was able to see a few percentage use figures for connected devices, then it crashed, I got a white and totally unresponsive screen.
