1. There needs to be communication allowances to alliw for reassignment without 7 layers of support.When I started with Caviar a few years ago my experience couldn't have been better but with recent pay cuts and massive app issues only getting worse I cannot recommend this to anyone at the moment.
2. I have not started using it yet, just finishing the sign up and waiting for activation.Caviar Prime is the main job i have at the moment and so when the update came through and the format was refreshed i was real happy to see how easy it was to use the app again.
3. Lastly it takes wsy too many clickd to reject a trip when most people are on a road the reject button should be one tap and finishI was on since the app was Orange and only had 2 times to work and you could only work those times.
4. Another issue is the view order screen doesnt appear sonetimes causing s trip to be missed.
5. After the completion of the task the driver must wait 2-3 hours to find out that they didn't actually receive the tip that was advertised but actually no tip at all.
6. The email support has been completely unresponsive as of August 2018 and the live chat seems to be a bot now or at least they are giving canned responses to get rid of you instead of actually helping you like they used to.
7. Just takes extra time for Google to load maps and then to do navigation mode.
8. I also have a floor mount to hold the tablet at a level that does not block my view yet does not take my attention completely of the road.
9. When an order is going to take an hour to complete and we are contractually obligated to wait and take it, we as couriers aren't making good money.
10. Please make it to where the deliveries readings can be made bigger, and can pop up like somewhat like Uber Eats does.Been delivering for just over 2 weeks and am enjoying it.
11. I hope they are just overwhelmed and this is temporary, we will see.Deceptive app, advertises an ESTIMATE of pay when a driver receives an offer which is suppose to include base fair and tip.
