I uninstalled, hopefully that stopped the timer :/ Edit: It has not stopped.They picked up the scooters for charging while we were in the store and drove off leaving us STRANDED also the app and price was too high and confusing and there was no phone number to call and i got charged twice for my trip and its SUPER EXPENSIVE .20cents a minute and it charges u while ur at ur destination.

2. Can't imagine what the scooters or billing must be like LOLThe app very easily starts the timer when selecting and powering up a scooter, but absolutely could not connect in order to shut off the timer when I parked and had to provide a photo to stop it.

3. Loaded 15 into the wallet and would not let me pause the ride or end the ride because the scooter went offline immediately after unlocking.

4. The cheaper the ride the more people ride..the more money you get...the more expensive the less they are ridden and eventually nobody will ride them..Wouldn't end ride once I was done.....prolly would've saved a bit if app worked properly.

5. Horrible experience, would give zero stars if possible.Charges 3 extra dollars for nothing and won't let you stop your ride.

1. Fix Ride Goat Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ride Goat: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ride Goat App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ride Goat" » Open Ride Goat - Scooter Rental » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ride Goat » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Ride Goat - Scooter Rental app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ride Goat servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ride Goat - Scooter Rental" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ride Goat app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ride Goat might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ride Goat. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ride Goat then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ride Goat not working

2. Fix Ride Goat Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ride Goat be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ride Goat not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ride Goat may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
