Sounds like someone missed this option when developing your app.It miss only to be able to register trough the app for everything, app is fast and solid, for some events you need to register with sms, which seems is automatically and immediate, wish the app could do it as well.After every chosen location you have to relocate and refresh it and of course there's no English version (yeah you can say you're in Poland but mostly foreigners are also using that so be open minded) thanksCannot be used offline and w/o gps.

2. Secondly, if you accidentally send SMS earlier you need to ask facility staff to call medicover and tell that it was a mistake and let you in.

3. Unnecessary steps to complete seemingly easily thing, to be able to use the services you paid for.I type in the correct pin that was sent by the app to register, but it says "try again and you will succeed".

4. Also some places do not have QR code scanners so you must send an SMS, but that is awkward and some people don't even use SMS anymore like myself, so I simply cannot use places which don't have QR scanners.

5. In my case with my french internet provider does not work while when connecting to polish WiFi works as expected.

6. The application interface is also slow and poor.Does not work if you use internet from foreign dual SIM phone.

7. Each time you try to enter a facility you need to send SMS, which is charging you each time.

8. QR code registry is good but not available for all the facilities Cards are more compatible.

9. Half the facilities covered by multisport isn't even available, and what's there usually charge extra.

10. With Multisport they just verify visually and let you in; much better.Regret to have applied to this immature service.

1. Fix Medicover Sport Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Medicover Sport: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Medicover Sport App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Medicover Sport" » Open Medicover Sport » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Medicover Sport » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Medicover Sport app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Medicover Sport servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Medicover Sport" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Medicover Sport app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Medicover Sport might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Medicover Sport. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Medicover Sport then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Medicover Sport not working

2. Fix Medicover Sport Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Medicover Sport be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Medicover Sport not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Medicover Sport may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
