Other then that, it's a really good photo and video editor.This app is a good app, but some downs also because once you do an edit to the photo you are unable to remove it, if you don't like the way it looks, I tried in all ways but seems like that's the only thing I see bad in the app, otherwise its okay to use this app to merge photos and videos together for a birthday wish.

3. Still can't 'enjoy' all benefits of a premium paid subscription, I keep getting the message to 'upgrade' to a less expensive subscription that I would have to renew yearly, instead of the one-time payment more expensive option I made.

1. Fix Photo Collage Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Photo Collage: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Photo Collage App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Photo Collage" » Open Photo Collage: Video Mix Grid » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Photo Collage » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Photo Collage: Video Mix Grid app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Photo Collage servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Photo Collage: Video Mix Grid" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Photo Collage app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Photo Collage might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Photo Collage. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Photo Collage then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Photo Collage not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Photo Collage be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Photo Collage not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Photo Collage may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
