1. am not sure how to rate it but the bottom line is that i didnt get what i was looking for..It's a nice app but the problem is they won't allow you to convert more than 3 documents a day, they only tell you to watch a video but there's no videos always no wonder why they made it like that.It doesn't work! I tried converting from pdf to ppt but it kept saying network error when I have a very strong network connectionusing this app as converter I personally experienced it as great and best than previously used apps and it is easy to use.

2. This app is good in starting but,Now I'm hate this app.Love it, good job, easy to use, efficient and has all types of conversions 👍it's useless.. No data reflects once the pdf is converted into word file.

1. Fix Document Converter Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Document Converter: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Document Converter App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Document Converter" » Open Document Converter » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Document Converter » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Document Converter app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Document Converter servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Document Converter" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Document Converter app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Document Converter might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Document Converter. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Document Converter then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Document Converter not working
