Why should I report an Issue with Oxford Learner's Bookshelf?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Oxford University Press ELT. to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Doesn't open books properlyWhy can't i read offline??? I think i'll never update this app again ,Because every update is worse than the one before.Up until the last update I would have given 5 stars.

2. I can check if the answers are correct or not (but only if I type my answers first - I'm a teacher, so I'd rather not do the exercises all over again every time I teach, but it would be nice to project the answers on a screen for the students to see).

3. I request the developer to fix that bug as soon as possible or return my mone.It doesn't work anymore on my cellphone or tablet after the last update.

4. I'm a teacher and in this lockdown, I can't access the physical book (for extra exercises), but I could do a screenshot for the odd student if it was on my app bookshelf.

5. Update2 - amusingly the representative of the company advises to email them - but since as a rule they don't answer that won't help! As of now the website version of this product is 100% broken.

6. Unfortunately since the last update I can no longer access half of my books.

7. The app installed but when I click Sign In the sign in screen is displayed off-screen on my Android phone.

1. Fix Ox Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ox: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ox App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ox" » Open Oxford Learner's Bookshelf » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ox » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Oxford Learner's Bookshelf app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ox servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Oxford Learner's Bookshelf" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ox app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ox might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ox. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ox then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ox not working

2. Fix Ox Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ox be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ox not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ox may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
