Bookshelf Customer Insights

1. i do wish there were a way to get the auto reader to stop reading the copyright info at the bottom of each page, and there are some small bugs here and there, but overall one of the most useful study apps I've ever usedThis app worked fine on my tablet until today (may 30th) but now every time i open it up it just gets stuck in a loading screen.

2. I like to listen to the text while doing other things which require my hands, but I constantly have to stop and figure out where the book is reading (sometimes in the middle of sentences it will read a different area(charts, etc.) And I will lose what the topic was.

3. But overall, a good resource that I will continue to useIt's mostly good for being able to carry all your textbooks AND have them downloaded to the device for instant access rather than waiting for an HTML page to load.

4. The book reading occasionally freezes too! Good thing it kinda saves you at the location you're at.Audio feature is more annoying than anything.

5. I dont have this issue on my phoneIt's nice to be able to listen to my textbooks while walking or doing household chores, saving me a little time.

6. Reader does play when the app is not open, but will randomly stop.the highlighting, bookmarking, note taking, and text-to-speech functionality is all really good and useful.

7. I have the textbooks downloaded on the app and it still takes several seconds to load each page.

8. It just doesn't allow for a smooth read because of the charts and other features of textbooks.

9. When listening to my textbook, the audio pronounces words wrong, reads off periods, and when skipping, the reaction time is very delayed.

10. There are almost no functions here to help read the miniscule text, zoom is available but then you will be panning over and over across the screen.

11. The audible function works but the narrator jumps unpredictably between sections of the book and makes it very hard to follow.
