1. They will ignore your emails, the class content is made by Chinese people with little or no understanding of the English language or western culture in general, so expect to be treated rudely and ignored while having to correct the plethora of errors in the class content yourself.

2. I can't register, apply or login via the app or website!I cannot log in to box fish.. or even sign up.. why... ??Couldn't sign up.

1. Fix BOXFiSH Tutor Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart BOXFiSH Tutor: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the BOXFiSH Tutor App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BOXFiSH Tutor" » Open BOXFiSH Tutor » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BOXFiSH Tutor » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BOXFiSH Tutor app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BOXFiSH Tutor servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BOXFiSH Tutor" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check BOXFiSH Tutor app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BOXFiSH Tutor might not work.
