Why should I report an Issue with Splitsub?

Some improvements which can be made - confirmation before sending alert to owner, maintain position in main page when coming back from checking a group (right now it reloads), known platforms & plans can be given as options when owner is advertising, ex: hotstar vip, premium, netflix uhd etc., Lastly, improve searchThere are many scammers in it but the Customer Support is good.

2. Improvement is needed to make this thing work.Desperately waiting for an update! Concept of the app is good but The search functionality doesn't work in the recent update at all, there is no option to filter, it is only showing the same 100 groups again and again, the entire field is loaded with Amazon and sony subscription.

3. 3 stars for now I will change to 5 if the above features are available.Thank you for this awesome app where people can share their subscriptions with others, making it worth for them as well as for the ones who buy.

4. Products should be categorized like Movies, Softwares, VPNs etc.The concept is good but you need to rely on others for credentials.

5. The reason for using the app was to get diff subscription at cheap rates,now if they stop the public group then what's the point in keeping the app.

8. If they cahnge password or more device are used then you can come across logout issues and end up contacting group admin frequently which is not a pleasant experience.

1. Fix Splitsub Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Splitsub: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Splitsub App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Splitsub" » Open Splitsub » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Splitsub » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Splitsub app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Splitsub servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Splitsub" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Splitsub app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Splitsub might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Splitsub. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Splitsub then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Splitsub not working

2. Fix Splitsub Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Splitsub be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Splitsub not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Splitsub may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
