Why should I report an Issue with Pollie: Create Polls?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Main features ~Very easy to use ~Variety of options such as asking for name ,email ,choose more than one option and anonymous voting, etc.

2. However, one thing that it does not support, which would be my main use case, is score voting i.e. being able to select from a numbered range for each option.The only complaint I have is that when you open the app it takes up to a minute for it to recognise your already made pollies.

3. Edit: After downloading the newest version, everything seems to be working great!I'm trying to enter a suggestion for future release, but when I click in the field my keyboard window does not pop up.

4. Limiting votes by email address is great but must be done manually for every poll, highly tedious - plz add a "database" feature from which we can choose a number of addresses by "checkbox".

5. Some few seconds should be give for corrections if in case of click errors.After reaching 30 votes from 10 people no vote is reflecting.

6. Definitely recommendedEasy to use however "Results" are not shown for every Poll, this should be standard in the free version in order to share with bosses / management.

7. And only put ads BELOW the Options PLZ!!!Looks like a nice clean and useful application with some good features.

8. 27 members will vote, total vote count 78 but in between the voting process suddenly the app is not responding.

9. Also, there needs to be an option to make votes completely anonymous, I can still see who voted and that's not fair.

10. Try it!Preventing fraud by giving voters access by use of code via their emails ( allowed emails).

11. I trialled it with two people and both were redirected to a gaming website asking for their card details.

1. Fix Pollie Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Pollie: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Pollie App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Pollie" » Open Pollie: Create Polls » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Pollie » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Pollie: Create Polls app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Pollie servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Pollie: Create Polls" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Pollie app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Pollie might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Pollie. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Pollie then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Pollie not working

2. Fix Pollie Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Pollie be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Pollie not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Pollie may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
